In-House Health was created by Emma-Louise Fusari, a registered nurse of 17 years. She has worked with various organisations, including the NHS in both GP surgeries and out in the community.
Emma not only saw a gap in the market for In-House Health to fill, she also saw a need for people to look at preventative health and wellbeing; rather than just seeing a healthcare professional when feeling unwell or when it was too late. The old adage prevention is better than cure seems to be something lost on current healthcare providers.
We all know how hard it can be to get an appointment at your local healthcare clinic, never mind getting time off work and the loss of money and time for the employer and the employee. That`s where In-House Health comes in. We provide in house health and wellbeing packages for both you and your employees, tailored to your business’s needs. This can be anything from a general health check, a mental health assessment or all the way through to implementing a workplace health needs assessment. Most basic illnesses are caused by stress as well as poor physical health, so it’s important that these things are monitored and kept on top of.
How it works
We come to you, at your premises and see each one of your employees who wants to participate, we then run a series of tests as dictated by the package chosen (See packages) and any add on that is required and we produce a health report with recommendations for the future.
We can produce individual health reports and we do a comprehensive anonymised staff health report for the business as well. This allows you the business owner to do something to help not only your staffs’ physical wellbeing but also their mental wellbeing. We can then work with you to implement any recommendations, making sure you, your staff and your business are on the right track.
